Financing school fees for 50 children for the academic year 2019-2020

EDUCATION AS THE POWERFUL WEAPON TO CHANGE THE WORLD.

It’s hard to believe that some children in Cameroon do not have access to education because their parents cannot afford it. Some parents struggle to pay the school fees as well as the basic school supplies.

It is heartbreaking to think about children being punished or excluded from participating in class, or children’s whose annual report cards are withheld because their parents have not paid their school fees, meaning the children have no written proof of their work.

Unfortunately, this is the reality for many children in Cameroon.

Together we can ensure that a classroom full of children whose parents cannot afford the school fees are guaranteed to go to school with a peaceful mind next year. This is why we would like to invite you to donate +/-25 000 FCFA (approx. +/- € 40) to sponsor a child’s school fees and school supplies

Our aim this year is to be able to sponsor at least 50 children.

The costs of education and providing a child with a necessary supplies has proven to be too high and unfortunately unaffordable to many families. When a family faces financial hardship, a child’s education is challenged, due to the costs and time spent in school. Lack of education from an early age has proven to place barriers in a child’s upbringing.
